What do you charge for Postage?

We charge:

£2.30 for up to 249g

£3.00 for up to 499g

£4.50 for up to 999g

£6.60 for 1kg - 2kg

£8.00 for 2kg - 25kg

These are the new Royal Mail prices as per their increase as of April 2010 for Mainland UK only.  Weights shown include packaging also, so please bear this in mind when ordering your items.

All orders for BFPO addresses are free postage!  The only stipulation is a maximum weight of 2kg per order, to include packaging (but you can send as many orders as you like!).  All you need to do is enter the BFPO address as normal, ensuring you pick 'BFPO Areas' in the County box.  If you need assistance with a Christmas parcel to BFPO addresses, just click the Contact Us button and let us know.

As there are numerous variations for postal charges outside of the UK, if you complete checkout, this will give you a detailed charge depending on the weight of your order and country of destination.

How will my order be delivered?

All items within the UK, up to 2kg will be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.  For orders over 2kg, a Courier is used which will require a signature to ensure your items have been delivered safely.  On checkout, you have the option to give any special instructions regarding delivery of your items, or an alternative delivery address such as a place of work, in order for your package to be delivered safely, and also as a signature will be required by the courier company.

How long do orders take to deliver?

If in stock, all orders are despatched by 1st Class post within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), and have a 2-3 day delivery time, dependent on Royal Mail, but are usually quicker.  If there is something you require sooner, please contact us and we can send Express Delivery.

Can I return my order?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange any foodstuff but if the error is on our part or your item(s) have been damaged in transit, then we will refund you in full.

Will there be any Customs Charges?

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and are something that are out of our control and are specific to the country of receipt.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
