Will may payment be secure?
Once you complete your shopping with Sweets and Memories, you proceed to checkout which is completed via either Google Checkout or Pay Pal, online secure payment services. You do not need to have any special accounts and can make payment with you debit or credit card. We do not see or have access to, any of your payment details other than confirmation that payment has been made.
I would like to purchase some items in bulk, is that possible?
Yes, of course! We often get requests from schools, nurseries, playgroups etc who would like to purchase large quantities for the children, for example Father Christmas Letters, and we always offer a generous discount if this is the case. Just let us know what you would like and we will do the rest for you!
I can't find a particular item I'm after, what should I do?
If you can't see a particular item, please contact us via the link on the left hand menu, and we will let you know if we can source it for you and how long it will take.
What do you charge for Postage?
Postage within the UK is free, regardless of the size of your UK order and £3.50 for International orders.
How will my order be delivered?
All items will be posted via Royal Mail - we reserve the right to send items via Recorded Delivery, at no extra cost to you. On checkout, you have the option to give any special instructions regarding delivery of your items, or an alternative delivery address such as a place of work, in order for your package to be delivered safely.
How long do orders take to deliver?
If in stock, all orders are despatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), and generally have a 2-3 day delivery time (but often quicker). If there is something you require quicker, please contact us and we can send Express Delivery.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of personalised items, we are unable to refund once your order has been confirmed. If there is an error on our part, or your item(s) have been damaged in transit, then we will refund you in full if so required.
