Will may payment be secure?
Once you complete your shopping with Sweets and Memories, you proceed to checkout which is completed via Pay Pal, the online secure payment service. You do not need to have any special accounts and can make payment with you debit or credit card. We do not see or have access to, any of your payment details other than confirmation that payment has been made.
I can't find a particular sweet I'm after, what should I do?
If you can't see a particular item, please contact us via the link on the left hand menu, and we will let you know if we can source it for you and how long it will take.
I really want to buy my favourite sweet, but in bulk, can I do this?
Of course you can, what could be better than having a huuuuuge supply of your favourite sweet! If on checkout it states the amount required is not in stock, let us know and we can send it straight to you.
I have certain allergies and I'm unsure if I can eat a particular sweet?
We do list the ingredients for each item but unfortunately, sometimes various suppliers do not supply us with this info, or sometimes it is very vague, so if you are unsure the best thing would be not to order.
What do you charge for Postage?
We charge:
£1.50 for up to 249g
£1.90 for up to 499g
£3.50 for up to 999g
£6.60 for 1kg - 2kg
£8.00 for 2kg - 25kg
These prices are for Mainland UK only. For other areas, please contact us for delivery costs.
How will my order be delivered?
All items up to 2kg will be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. For orders over 2kg, a Courier is used which will require a signature to ensure your items have been delivered safely. On checkout, you have the option to give any special instructions regarding delivery of your items, or an alternative delivery address such as a place of work, in order for your package to be delivered safely.
How long do orders take to deliver?
If in stock, all orders are despatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), and generally have a 2-3 day delivery time (but often quicker). If there is something you require quicker, please contact us and we can send Express Delivery.
Can I return my order?
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange any foodstuff. If there is an error on our part, or your item(s) have been damaged in transit, then we will refund you in full if so required.
