Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.  Just browse our store, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket and after you've finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit card and debit card payments via either Google Checkout or Pay Pal secure online systems.  None of your financial details are seen by us and are completed by Google/Pay Pal's secure servers.
If for some reason we cannot complete your order, your payment will be automatically fully refunded to you.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday.  Any orders received Saturday or Sunday, or on a Bank Holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.

We are unable to fully guarantee delivery times unless a request for Special Delivery is asked for.  Most orders within the UK should be received within 1-3 days. 

Guarantee

We guarantee your complete satisfaction.  In the unlikely event that you are not fully happy with your goods received from Sweets and Memories, please let us know so we can rectify whatever the problem is.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalised gifts, we are unable to refund or exchange these once you have confirmed your details.  If the error is on our part or your delivery has been damaged in transit, we will refund you in full.  Please email us prior to returning so we are aware of the situation.  Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk
